On iPad/iPhone, launch Safari and open the 360 product 3D webpage (the standalone page and here is an example) Consult with your website admin for the URL to the standalone 3D page, if it’s embedded. Once the page finishes loading, check and make sure 3D can rotate. Now, disconnect Internet and you can still browse product 3D in Safari.
If Safari cache is cleared, you will need to follow the steps above and do it again.
We need product 3D CAD file and some images of the real product for rendering reference.
We accept files exported from most major CAD design software, such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor, in the format of SLDASM, SLDPRT, FBX, and STEP. Let us know if you have 3D in another format.
Most of our 360 product 3D rendering work takes less than 5 business days.
It has an index.html file that connects everything and shows the interactive 3D. Inside the “360_assets” folder there are a collection of product 3D still images rendered from different angles. These images can be well used in product brochure, catalog, and other printouts.
You can choose to show the 360 3D as a separate page, or embed it directly within another page, or have it shown in a pop up box when clicked. Your website developer can follow these instructions and update website. Please feel free to give us a shout if you need any help.
